For this one, the top and bottom cels to the left are purely for decoration. You can add content to them if you wish. I just want to point out that you can use cells just for design purposes. If you do this, remember to put a period in the cell so that Netscape will display the background correctly.
Remember that you can change the background color of any cell by right-clicking and choosing "Table Properties".
Make sure that the Table Properties window is on the "Cell" tab
