In this template, the cells to the left are locked into a specific pixel width (75 pixels and 10 pixels.) The 10 pixel wide cell has been use merely as a decorative element. The effect if that of a thick link seperating the links for the body.
TO USE THIS TEMPLATE, USE THE MENU:
FILE - EDIT DOCUMENT
Remember that you can change the background color of any cell by right-clicking and choosing "Table Properties".
Make sure that the Table Properties window is on the "Cell" tab
