Using Navigation Tools

By this point, you have a page or two that kind of resemble what you might have had in mind.  However, they have these big annoying "Add this page to the Navigation view..." message.

Let's do just that.  So far, we've been looking at things one page at a time.  Now, we are going to tell FrontPage how they all connect.  FrontPage will then keep track of your navigational links.

The Navigation View

Click on the Navigation View Button ->

You will then see your home page (index.htm) sitting out on the navigational field all by itself:

Click on the file name "mission.htm" in the folder list.

Holding your mouse button down, drag it into the navigational field.

Release the mouse button.

You will see that your home page has is now linked to your mission statement page:

If and when you are ready to watch the magic happen, click on the page view button.-->

You should now have a page banner at the top of the page and perhaps a navigational button up there, too.  The left menu probably says "Edit the properties for this navigational bar..."

Let's do just that...
